The STAG brand was founded with one purpose — craft the finest beard care and shaving products on the market. We’re passionate about men’s grooming and we strive to manufacture products that help our customers care for their face and skin. If we didn’t use our products on our own faces, we wouldn’t sell them to you. Some people will argue the benefits of using beard care products such as oil, balm, wash, etc. Chances are, if you’re reading this, you have a beard and you take your beard care seriously. We don’t need to tell you all the benefits of sporting a beard — a beard usually speaks for itself. But, did you know that your beard blocks 95% of the sun’s harmful UV rays? Most beardsmen are unaware of how much their beard is actually protecting them. So why not do the same for your beard? You use special shampoo and conditioner for the hair on your head, why would you not do the same for the hair on your face? Beard care products play a vital role in keeping your beard clean, healthy, and awesome-looking.

The first time you place an order, you will be prompted to setup a STAG account. (This involves no additional steps in the order process other than providing your email address and choosing a password.) By setting up an account, you can view your current order status and access your previous orders.

If you ordered free samples of our beard oil, they are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which does not include tracking information. Your samples should arrive within a few business days. If you ordered any product other than free beard oil samples and did not receive a tracking number, please contact us.

Customers may cancel their order prior to it being shipped. If your order status shows “Processing”, then you may still cancel the order. However, once your order shows “Shipped”, the order can no longer be canceled. Please see our Terms of Use for more information on order cancellation and refunds.

Yes. Many of our customers are hair stylists, barber shops, and other retail establishments who carry our products for resell. If you’d like to become a STAG retailer, please complete this form for more information. Authorized retailers receive special, discounted pricing on our entire line of premium grooming products.

Yes. In fact we have an entire Affiliate Program just for that purpose. Our affiliate program offers a great opportunity for individuals to earn significant commissions by simply promoting our products online and/or in-person. We’re also launching our exciting new Independent Ambassador program soon for those who wish to start their own business selling STAG products.
